Overview

Cyoria is a city of glittering magical towers, but its shadows are deep and dangerous. You were raised in those shadows. Whether your parents ran a gambling den, smuggled Kothian artifacts, or acted as brokers for illegal Blood Magic tutors, you learned the rules of the street long before you learned the laws of Eldemar.

You understand the economy of favors, the reality of violence, and the fact that the city guard can always be bought. While the Academy professors try to teach you the "proper" way to cast a ward, you already know how to bypass one using a crowbar and a stolen disruption crystal.
