Miasina

• What it is: The ancestral heart of human civilization and birthplace of the Ikosian Empire — now split between the vast Xlotic Desert and the jungles of Koth.

Miasina is the continent where the Ikosian Empire was born and where it fell. Once lush and fertile, the northern half was devastated by the Cataclysm — a rapid, magical desertification that turned the imperial heartland into the uninhabitable Xlotic Desert and forced the Ikosian people to migrate to Altazia.

Regions

• Xlotic — The vast desert of the north. Birthplace of the Empire. Home to successor states, prestigious mage academies, and

• Koth — The jungle-covered south. Rich in ancient ruins, rare magical species, and inscriptions in Old Majara (the precursor language to modern soul magic research).

Legacy

Miasina remains a site of immense historical and magical importance. The continent's two halves represent the world's past (the desert ruins of a fallen empire) and its wild, ungovernable future (the untamed jungles that have reclaimed what civilization abandoned).
