Stack variant: Gitter + Kreis seals the cage into a closed containment cell — one extra tick (see Magic System).

When you need to contain a dangerous actor without immediate lethal escalation.

Outcome Ladders

  • 10+: the target is caged and must commit a costly fictional action to break free.
  • 7-9: the cage holds, but harmonic rebound leaks through and endangers nearby allies or fragile objects.
  • 6-: the lattice fractures and detonates positional control, giving the target initiative and a stronger line of attack.
