Forward

When a Move or the GM tells you to "Take +1 Forward", it means you gain a static +1 bonus to your very next relevant 2d6 roll.

If you do not use it on your next feasible roll, the bonus fades. Forward is usually meant to chain successes together or cash in on temporary fictional positioning.
