Attacks & Abilities
- Aura of Lure: Any character within 15 meters of the Chrysanthemum must roll Readiness + Investigation (Difficulty 6). Failure means they are drawn to the flower's subtle magical scent and must move toward it on their next turn.
- Soul Drain: If a character is within 3 meters of the flower, the Chrysanthemum rolls Willpower + Soul Magic (11 dice) against the target's Willpower + Memory. If the flower wins, the target takes 2 points of Sanity erosion and 1 point of permanent Willpower damage. If reduced to 0 Willpower, their soul is consumed, leaving a comatose husk.
- Root Defense: If attacked physically, thorny vines lash out. The attacker takes 1 damage automatically (no roll) if they are in melee range.
