Whether due to chronic illness, a sedentary lifestyle, or genetic misfortune, your physical body is remarkably weak and prone to injury. You cannot take nearly as much punishment as a healthy young adult.

Mechanic: Your maximum Physical Health track starts at 5 boxes instead of the standard 7. You do not have the top two boxes ("Bruised [0]" and "Hurt [-1]"). You begin taking severe Wound Penalties much faster than a healthy adult.
