Description

Your internal magical pathways are sluggish, narrow, or damaged. While you can cast spells perfectly fine, your "mental RAM" struggles to process the continuous flow of mana required to juggle multiple ongoing effects.

Mechanic: Your maximum Ongoing Spell Limit (which normally equals your Calculation rating) is permanently reduced by 1 (to a minimum of 1). You will always struggle with multitasking in combat.
